Violin Mentor - Jazz / Classical / Pop

Camille Rabot is a classical and jazz violinist working at the crossroads of written repertoire, improvisation, and original composition, with a strong focus on sound, physical awareness, and musical identity.

She founded Myraal, a jazz quartet dedicated to original music, and performs in a duo with jazz pianist Daniel Sant, where she sings, composes, and plays jazz violin. Her compositions were notably praised at the Nederlands Jazz Viool Concours. She is also a member of the rock band Citrus Blossom and co-founded Quatuor Invierno, with whom she has released two CDs and received an honors prize at the Grachtenfestival.

Through Ether Trio, Camille explores new classical concert formats, creating immersive performances that connect audiences to composers’ lives and inspirations through music, poetry, and visual art. Alongside performance, she is writing a book on violin technique centered on sensation, sound, and breathing, inspired by The Inner Violin. Her artistic path has been shaped by Claire Bernard, Nora Germain, and George Dumitriu, with ongoing inspiration from Dhafer Youssef, Joe Venuti, and David Oistrakh.
