Become Part of Tritone Music Mentors

We collaborate with exceptional musicians and dedicated educators who want to teach, mentor, and inspire in a modern, boutique environment.

What we offer

A premium teaching environment

Tritone operates in curated studios where both students and mentors experience a focused, high-quality environment. We like attention to detail and intention.

A contemporary approach

Our lessons are tailored, flexible, and designed around the individual. This is where teaching adapts to the student, and not the other way around.

High-quality students

From young beginners to advanced players and committed adults, our students are motivated, curious, and invested in their growth.

Creative freedom in teaching

You’re not here to follow a script. We value your way of thinking, teaching, and making music and encourage you to bring that into the studio.

A strong, carefully selected team

You’ll be part of a roster of great teachers and active musicians, all sharing a drive to keep improving.

What We're Looking For

You’re serious about your craft

  • You have a high level on your instrument and can translate that into clear, effective teaching.

  • A conservatory degree (or equivalent professional level) is strongly recommended.

  • A pedagogical background is a plus.

You actually like teaching

You enjoy guiding students and figuring out how they learn best.

You can work with everyone

From kids to advanced players, you adapt your approach naturally.

You're musically open-minded

Students bring their own taste. You’re comfortable working across styles and meeting them where they are.

You’re good with people

You communicate clearly, you’re patient, and you create a space where students feel comfortable. You take your role seriously, but you keep things human.

People can count on you

You show up, you’re on time, you're prepared, and you communicate if something comes up. Simple, but important.

You take ownership

You care about your students’ progress, think ahead, and structure your lessons with intention. You can manage your schedule and commit to consistent teaching days.

You're proactive

You think, suggest, and solve, without needing too much direction.

  • You’re still welcome to apply, we’re always open to meeting great musicians
